• Goal

The goal of the program is to establish serious, clear, and mutually beneficial business relationships with establishments that share a commitment to providing professional service and offering quality products to their customers.

Each participating store will become part of the HDA Community as an authorized commercial channel, without this implying the status of Official HDA Distributor, HDA Promoter, HDA Artist, or HDA Collaborator.

• Who can participate?

Music-related establishments may participate, such as:

– Musical instrument stores.

– Music stores.

– Stores specializing in musical accessories.

– Businesses selling musical equipment.

– Businesses related to music education.

– Physical or digital stores focused on products for musicians.

Acceptance into the program is subject to evaluation and approval by HDA Accesorios Musicales.

• General Operation

Each HDA store will make its purchases directly from HDA Accesorios Musicales in accordance with current price lists, availability, commercial terms, and policies.

The store will independently manage its inventory, business operations, customer service, and retail sales.

The HDA Store Program does not grant territorial exclusivity, nor does it restrict HDA from establishing business relationships with other establishments.

• Benefits

HDA Stores will be able to access commercial benefits such as:

– Direct wholesale purchase of HDA products.

– Exclusive price lists for authorized stores.

– Discounts based on purchase volume.

– Official promotional material when HDA deems it appropriate.

– Technical product information.

– Support for answering questions about the accessories.

– Access to new products subject to production availability.

Discounts, minimum quantities, manufacturing lead times, payment methods, and other commercial terms will be communicated prior to confirming each order.

• Important

Being an HDA Store does not imply being an Official HDA Distributor or having access to the exclusive benefits of that program.

Participation in the HDA Store Program constitutes an independent commercial relationship for the acquisition and marketing of genuine HDA products.

Once the store is accepted, HDA will share the complete guidelines regarding wholesale purchasing, pricing, brand usage, promotional materials, customer service, warranties, and the program's general terms and conditions.
